HOW AVAILABILITY IS CONFIRMED

Responsible growth over broad promises.

Property fit

Service divisions, condition, access, surfaces, and reporting expectations are reviewed first.

Operating fit

Service windows, route density, equipment, supervision, and communication are confirmed.

Mobilization fit

Start timing is committed only after the property-specific launch plan is ready.

QUESTIONS

Before the first site walk.

Clear before
we begin.

What is The Ordelis Standard?+

It is our operating promise: every property, every visit, and every detail held to one consistent standard of care. It shapes site planning, property-specific training, field inspections, documentation, and client reporting.

Do you work with single properties or full portfolios?+

Both. We can begin with one property, prove the operating rhythm, then standardize the scope across a regional portfolio.

Can service happen outside resident or tenant hours?+

Yes. Service windows are planned around access, noise, amenities, leasing activity, and the daily flow of each property.

How is the scope priced?+

After a site walk, we price from the actual service zones, frequency, access requirements, condition, and reporting expectations - not a generic square-foot estimate.

What happens when a condition falls outside the regular scope?+

It is documented and routed to the property contact with a recommended next action. Approved extra work is scheduled and closed out separately.

How does Ordelis verify service quality?+

Each scheduled shift includes a closeout check. Supervisors inspect critical areas and rotating property zones, document exceptions, assign corrective action, and verify closure against the approved scope.

Will property reports include photographs?+

Only when the property authorizes photography. Documentation follows property privacy rules and avoids residents, credentials, screens, packages, personal information, and other restricted content.
